- Jacqueline Corkle Added 2018-05-27★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I use to be a franchisee. Worst experience of my life until I went independent. Thank god I was able to get out of the horrid mess. The leadership, mentoring and branding management was laughable to say the least. Last I was privy to, in a conference call with all the Canadian franchisee owners and the planet beach CEO from the US, the so called franchise western Canadian owner went MIA leaving us all here in western Canada with nothing. I have to post 1 star because if I don't it won't let me post my comment. I would prefer to post no stars..... or rather negative stars. WORST FRANCHISE EVER.
